The focus and ultimate goal of the Veggie Galaxy kitchen is to provide solid preparation of great quality products, and doing as much as feasible within what the capacity of our kitchen allows, from scratch. We are serving in-house made ketchup, mustard, soups, sauces, burgers, jams, and even our own burger buns. Oh yeah, we’re also a Vegetarian restaurant that serves delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. We also have a 100% vegan bakery.

They now have a permanent home inside of Lil Indies (1036 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803). Vita Luna has a Pay What You Want pricing model, with a suggested $3-$5 price associated with any drink. House-made coconut and almond milk options are available for any drink. Taïm is the love child of husband and wife team, Chef Einat Admony and Stefan Nafziger. In 2005, homesick for the favorite street food of Tel Aviv, they heard of a tiny store front available on quiet Waverly place and decided to open their own falafel shop. Relying on her years of international cooking experience as well as her roots, Einat created a menu centered around street food with a gourmet twist. The freshness and quality of the ingredients coupled with Taïm’s spin on traditional falafel flavors give new meaning to the concept of fast food. Taïm serves falafels, hummus, smoothies, and salads.

Maka by Mana is a raw food restaurant, that fuses the best of raw and vegan food. Owned and operated by the Mana Foods, both the grocery store and the restaurant are located in Paia. Xurros are made from a classic xurro recipe that originated in Spain. The dough and is made from scratch daily. All xurros are made to order fried at 180 celcious (hence the name =-). Their only, but so worth it, vegan xurros are the classic, dusted with cinnamon and sugar and the Banados, which are the classic xurros dipped in dairy-free chocolate and finished with fleur de sel. And don’t forget their housemade hazelnut milk for coffee drinks! They serve Local Roasting Co coffee, as well as Steve Smith teas.

All of our dishes can be made vegan, except for one of our sides (Creamed Chard) and as long as your server knows, they can make sure you get the right version of each dish. Unfortunately, right this minute, most of our desserts have a vegan version, but not all.
