Blue Star Donuts is an omnivore specialty donut shop with a small but mighty vegan selection. Our dough is made from scratch every day, and takes approximately 18 hours to complete. All the fruits that go into our fillings and glazes are organic, and our donuts are made fresh throughout the day.

Xurros are made from a classic xurro recipe that originated in Spain. The dough and is made from scratch daily. All xurros are made to order fried at 180 celcious (hence the name =-).
Their only, but so worth it, vegan xurros are the classic, dusted with cinnamon and sugar and the Banados, which are the classic xurros dipped in dairy-free chocolate and finished with fleur de sel. And don’t forget their housemade hazelnut milk for coffee drinks! They serve Local Roasting Co coffee, as well as Steve Smith teas.
Farm Spirit is located in the Buckman neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. We offer a multiple course dinner Wednesday through Saturday. Seatings are pre-sold as tickets and are available by reservation only. You can purchase some tickets by clicking HERE. We offer wine pairings and non-alcoholic pairings. Gluten-free options are available.
We currently purchase the bulk of our produce directly from Pratum Botanicals, Dancing Roots Farm, Stoneboat Farms, and Blacksheep Farm, along with produce purchased at the Hollywood, Shemanski Park, and PSU Markets, especially from Denison Farms, Groundworks Organics, and Sungold Farms. We purchase grains from Lonesome Whistle, Central Milling, and Bluebird Farms. Our olive oil comes from Oregon Olive Mill and our filbert oil comes from Freddy Guy.

While experiencing the Lan Su Gardens, stop in for tea and light fare at the tea house, Tao of Tea, on garden grounds. With an almost all-vegan menu and a vast selection of teas you can have served in ceremonial style or individually, enjoy dining on light fare such as dumplings, steamed buns, tofu, bamboo shots, salads, sweets, and more.
We serve house roasted coffee and house brewed black or ginger chai. Our smoothies and Juices are made from whole fruit and veggies and have no added dairy. We also serve waffles, bagels and sandwiches for your eating pleasure.

The Green Elephant Vegetarian Bistro was created in 2007 and opened as Portland’s premier haven for mindful dining. Established by chef and owner Dan Sriprasert, the Green Elephant offers to its friends and patrons a degree of culinary balance that is often elusive in today’s world; compassion and indulgence, health and gratification, food for vegetarians and carnivores alike.
