You may remember the old knock-knock jokes we all told as kids. Well, my favorite was “Knock-knock. Who’s there? Lettuce. Lettuce who? Lettuce in it is cold outside.” I love that silly joke and have loved salads since I was a child . I used to tell my family that someday I would open a shop that served healthy salads and call it “Lettuce In.” I am very excited to say I have now realized two of my dreams, the school and now “Lettuce In.”
