Mighty-O donuts are made-from-scratch using all-organic, non-GMO and plant-based ingredients sourced from sustainable farmers. A Seattle-based company, Mighty-O was founded in 2000 to make a difference in the world and its community by selling organic donuts that taste delicious and at the same time would raise awareness, support sustainable agriculture and community causes. All of Mighty-O’s donuts are vegan, however they do still serve cow’s milk in their coffee and espresso drinks (so be sure to specify a non-dairy option).

Our establishment prides itself on preparing food from purely vegetable ingredients (without any meat, eggs or dairy products). These ingredients don’t contain the smallest trace of animal protein or alcohol and thus we not only cater to vegetarians, but vegans as well. We strive to make our dishes as healthy as possible. The majority of our ingredients were grown organically. Our daily offers always include some form of grain or cereal. We avoid using any preservatives, additives or coloring agents. Instead of using traditional wheat flour, white sugar, cocoa and bean coffee, we prefer spelt flour, cane sugar, carob and grain coffee. All of our dishes are made with purified water. Apart from some lesser known flavors, our A’la carte menu includes a number of traditional Hungarian and international dishes as well, for example Gulyás Soup, Stuffed Cabbage, Brassói nuggets, Falafel and Pizza. Our self-serve salad bar always offers a selection of fresh, mixed, spicy and mayonnaise salads. Apart from our home-made deserts, we also offer a selection of vegan pastries made with cane sugar, xylitol and agave syrup from the Napfényes Confectioners. We also offer a host of beverages, including ginger and rose water lemonade, freshly squeezed fruit juices, herbal, spicy and fruit teas, pure 100% and organic fruit juices, grain coffee and cappuccino, as well as non-carbonated and purified water. Our organic food store section offers basic organic foodstuffs, mainly the products of the BiOrganik Online and Piszkei Öko companies, as well as the publications of the Napfényes Élet Foundation. Our products are not enormous, like many of the baked goods available for purchase at coffee shop chains and grocery stores. To us, it’s important that our customers can go in for a second cookie without feeling guilty (and without surpassing their recommended sugar intake for the day!) We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. An item will only make it on our menu if it passes a blind taste test – where the tester doesn’t know it’s vegan or gluten-free. Rubyfruit is a boutique vegan bakery and cafe. We sell a range of light meals, baked goods, sweets and grocery items. We also do a lot of direct orders for birthday cakes, special events or just to have some delicious vegan goodness in the freezer.
