Established in July 2005, award-winning Rawtopia Restaurant is committed to supporting sustainable/organic agricultural practices. Our mission is to feed you nutrient rich organic foods, leaving your body, mind, and soul feeling satiated with health and vigor. Everything is organic, gluten free, and vegetarian, with the exception of the use of local honey. Our sweeteners are all organic; local honey, grade B maple syrup, coconut sugar, dates, and agave. Our oils are all organic cold pressed and unrefined. The many benefits of raw food include preserving the enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that could be destroyed by heat. We bring nuts and seeds back to life through sprouting and our food is prepared using juicers, blenders, food processors, and dehydrators at a maximum temperature of 118 degrees. The food is washed with purified water, and takes at least 2 days to prepare. Patience, Peace and love are major ingredients in our recipes, and our commitment is to serve you the most flavorful gourmet raw food you have ever experienced.

Sage’s Cafe relocated to the Central 9th Business District at 234 West 900 South in the original and iconic Jade Cafe. Our new Sage’s Cafe location offers a wide range of unique opportunities to experience great vegetarian cuisine, drinks and friendships. Sage’s Cafe and The Jade Room offer great daily specials, seasonal small plates, a full cocktail menu and many of our classic dishes.
