Our mission is to promote healthy practices for you and the planet food.

Kimpira (Valencia) was born in 2002 after many years of research as a space to reinterpret macrobiotic cooking and make that cooking available to everyone. Since then, we have worked to disseminate healthy practices and intelligent food. In our daily menus you’ll find delicious dishes made with 100% organic ingredients, some from our garden, that we cook only with filtered and purified water, sweeten only with rice syrup.
