Noodles & Company is a fast food chain located across the USA. They currently (September 2015) offer 2-dishes that are completely vegan, and 3-dishes that can be easily made vegan. Their Japanese Pan Noodles and Indonesian Peanut Sauté are vegan, and their Chinese Chop Salad is vegan when ordered without the wontons, Penne Rosa is vegan when ordered without cream and cheese, and Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca is vegan when ordered without cheese.
