To create an organic restaurant in Tokyo, we also decided to operate a green grocery, specializing in natural foods. This decision was taken in order to meet the European standard under which restaurants, to be called “organic,” must use ingredients that are 95% or more organic. The founding concept was to answer the needs of people who wish to eat plenty of seasonal organic produce.

Hiroba can be found downstairs of the bookshop CrayonHouse. The staff is knowledgeable on what is vegan, and several of the buffet options are suitable.
