  We were warmly welcomed into Isa’s home kitchen for this cooking class. In the 4 hour class we made focaccia, spinach fettuccine with a tomato-garlic sauce and an Italian apple strudel. All from scratch and all 100% vegan. Isa is a trained chef but these recipes have been handed down to her from her grandmothers. She used high quality, local ingredients, including olive oil from a family farm.
  Throughout the class we discussed Italian history, the language and variations we can do with the recipes she has given us.
  When we first contacted Isa I was a bit hesitant to book the class due to the cost. But when you consider the knowledge we have gained, the fun we had, the massive lunch we cooked (I barely ate breakfast in preparation and couldn’t eat dinner afterwards) and the great wine included it was very good value for money.

  My partner and I loved Mama Isa’s pasta cooking class — it was interactive and informative! We felt very welcomed by Isa and the pasta fettuccine and pasta sauce we made from scratch were the best i’ve ever had! Would recommend this to everyone!
