Göteborg Landvetter Airport is western Sweden’s international airport with 90 direct flights around the world. Göteborg Landvetter Airport is a large workplace, where some 3,500 people work for a hundred companies and organisations. The airport offers about 90 non-stop routes, of which about fifty are scheduled and the rest are charter flights. The Durango-La Plata County Airport has two ARFF fire trucks with 750 pounds of dry chemical and 1,500 gallons of ARFF foam solution. * The Durango-La Plata County Airport receives approximately 50 inches of snow annually. The airport uses large plows, a broom sweeper, and two large rotary snow blowers to keep the runway clear during winter. The airport has a variety of smaller equipment that may be used if needed. * The Durango-La Plata County Airport is co-owned by the City of Durango and La Plata County. The airport is overseen by the Durango-La Plata County Airport Commission.
