Travel every day around the World at the table of Miss Saigon. More and more followers of vegetarian or vegan lifestyles are in the world. This change concerns the search for healthier eating habits and lifestyles, greater environmental concerns, greater awareness of the need to protect animals (as they have no way of doing so themselves) and, above all, a new balance and relation of man with all the factors and elements that surround him. Miss Saigon’s vegetarian cuisine of the World is, above all, a manifesto, but also a desire and a willingness to share experiences in harmony with the world. Through cooking, a balanced diet, consciousness and responsibility, it is possible to universalize the fundamental values for our balance and well-being. Inspired by Pucini’s opera, “Madame Butterfly”, the vegetarian cuisine of Miss Saigon’s World is a unique project with more than 700 dishes already made, and every day we try to innovate, experiment and create. With a weekly menu where the dishes are different every day! Always a passionate adventure! In 2016 it was the defining year for the Miss Saigon kitchen to become a 100% vegan cuisine, a process that was gradual and conscious based on accumulated experience and learning. 1 of the 3 dishes daily is always Gluten free and there are also always desserts without sugar and gluten free. More than 80% of the products used are organic and we always use the freshest, best quality ingredients and whenever possible of national production. So much more to say and to do … and it is what we do every day, making life better, easier, with pleasure, passion and well being for all those who cross and who are already part of us! It is recommended to book 1-2 days in advance. Reservations accepted only by the website (www.miss-saigon.pt) or by phone. Only 50% of the total space capacity is reserved. The remaining 50% are intended for customers without reservation, and the service is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
