Chef Damon Brasch has created a menu that is sure to please any palate. The fare is NEW AMERICAN VEGETARIAN, created and influenced from many different cultures and cooking styles. Striving for perfection, Chef Damon uses only the freshest, high quality ingredients in his green cuisine. His sweet treats are made with unrefined, unbleached organic ingredients. green’s “soon to be famous” VEGAN soft serve ice cream is prepared daily in his kitchen, so he can be sure it’s always palate-perfect. The house made veggie burger is hand packed, cooked to order and served on locally baked, eggless buns. green is a restaurant for everyone, not just vegetarians. Chef Damon hopes to open the hearts and minds of meat eaters everywhere.

Our chef’s special vegan entrees are made fresh daily. Meat substitute soy products and fresh veggies make a complete meal.

Bragg’s Factory Diner uses locally sourced & organic products wherever possible. Our regularly changing specials are inspired by the contents of the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) harvest baskets we receive from the fine folks at Farmyard each week. All of the produce within the baskets is grown locally and organically at urban micro-farms in Phoenix & Scottsdale, giving us a rich & regular source of seasonal produce all year round.
