In 2008, Miobio was the first vegetarian restaurant in the Polytechnic University of Valencia, specializing in the preparation of natural, homemade and healthy food. Today Miobio, located in the Russafa neighborhood, has become a place of life and healthy food. From the hand of its creator Emanuela Gornati, with his partner Sergio Brisa, has come a new organic restaurant where the chefs continue to share their recipes, as well as their courses and cooking workshops.
