Pastis is a cozy bistro located on the shores of one of the earliest ramparts of Bruges, the Speelmansrei. The quaint decor exudes an oasis of tranquility, in the summer you can also enjoy on our terrace. The menu offers something for everyone, including vegetarian/vegan guests.
