A little over a year ago VeganTravel.com went live with the goal of demonstrating to the world how easy it is to go vegan and live more compassionately. To achieve those goals, we started our Vegans Around the World contest. Dozens of ethical vegans entered the contest, and three incredibly ethical, talented, and passionate teams won. Their mission, to show how easy it is to travel as a vegan, give voice to the amazing animals we share our planet with, and highlight all the good and well intentioned people we have in our world.
Now, a little over 3-months into their incredible journeys, we couldn’t be more pleased with all their praiseworthy efforts, or more proud of the teams we had chosen. They have collectively been to dozens of countries, and the videos and blogs they have created will live on for years to come as both helpful resources for anyone traveling, as well as graceful examples of how to live life to the fullest, while doing so compassionately.
They still have a few more months of travel ahead of them, which we can hardly wait to experience with them, but today I wanted to take this moment to express how very grateful and appreciative we are to each and every one of them.

There’s nothing more I want in this world than compassion, and thanks to you we all get to spread this compassion worldwide!

@alan Thank YOU for your amazing work and for bringing us all together. Oh my gosh, I still can’t get over how amazing the past few months have been. You and the entire VT team are literally changing the world (and the lives of your contest winners) by doing what you do, and by being some of the most compassionate, humble, and generous people I’ve ever, ever, ever known.
