The country originally known as Siam, is extremely vegan friendly but they still might creep some fish sauce in that veg fried rice, so just to be very safe, the words for “I eat vegan food” are “Chan gin jay” for females, and “Pom gin jay” for males.

“Mai ow nam pla” is also VERY useful. It means no fish sauce.
