Next stop – Massachusetts! I’ve been traveling for quite a few weddings, and one of the perks of course is getting to try out vegan options in the area.

While in MA, we stopped at Veggie Galaxy in Cambridge and the Allston Diner (in Allston).

Veggie Galaxy is an all-vegetarian diner, but they will make anything vegan (and many of the dishes already are vegan!) Also, ALL of the desserts are vegan!!! We tried a few things:
1. Baked Mac (YES! 2 thumbs up!!)
2. Cheesy Fries (Need I say more? But really, their vegan cheese sauce is bomb)
3. Kendall Square burger (probably amazing as is, but I wanted more cheese sauce, so I opted for that on top instead of the mayo)
4. The Club (tempeh bacon and pesto – yes please)

The Allston Diner has a few vegan options but obviously I had to go with the Ultimate Vegan Breakfast!! I added the BBQ seitan and Daiya cheese for a little extra $ but it was worth it!

All in all, neither place disappointed but Veggie Galaxy is definitely a must
