My name is Sam and I live on the tip of Africa in Cape Town! I’ve been vegetarian (no meat, fish or eggs) since birth and vegan for about 2.5 years. I love traveling whenever I can but I struggle to find yummy, affordable (or actually just FIND) vegan food, so I love contributing to vegan sites to help others do so and have recently started an Instagram feed for Cape Town vegans or anyone traveling to Cape Town (@ctveganbliss) I’m travelling to India at the end of the year and will definitely share what I find!
