Just came back to Montreal from Quebec City yesterday!!! Although Quebec City is not really vegan-friendly. Still found an amazing bio store called “Le Crac”. They sell many healthy and vegan food!! Highly recommend their biscuits!! They’ve got many special flavor such as beetroot chocolate ( A must try) and kale-choco quinoa (taste really good and impressive!!!) Their salad bar and burger are also pretty delicious~~~ And, when I couldn’t find vegan food near by, Subway’s vege delice is always a good choice lol.

Great info @hanchi! We also had some challenges finding vegan friendly restaurants in Quebec City when we visited a couple years ago. So we mostly bought our own food in groceries or dined at Indian and Thai restaurants – most of those are usually easily able to accommodate vegans. What has been your favorite vegan restaurant(s) in Montreal?
Oh!! Thank you for the info!!! I’ve tried one when I was there and it was amazing. So far, my favo one is La Pantere Vert ( but don’t try the one on Mont Royal, they wasn’t as good as other branch), Mouton Vert ( they can make all the vegetarian menu vegan), Aux Vivres and Lola Rosa.
