I think SLC wins as the most surprisingly vegan friendly city I’ve ever been to!! Make sure you go to Passionflower patisserie… It’s too good to be true!!
I was also planning to comment about Passion Flour Patisserie! I haven’t even been there yet, but “vegan croissants” is all I need to know to suggest you try to make it over there 🙂
I enjoyed both Sage’s Cafe and Vertical Diner when I was in SLC in early 2015, and Blue Copper coffee has a vegan-friendly toast menu (!!!). I got an awesome vegan milk toast, which was a thick piece of cinnamon-sugar toast, cubed and drowned in steamed almond milk. I would definitely recommend it. Enjoy your time there, I can’t wait to go back.
