Nadia is from Melbourne (Australia’s vegan capital!) and has been following a vegan diet for 16 years. She loves sharing her passion for vegan food, recipes and travel. Nadia has a deep connection to discovering vegan food in Italy; her father was born in the small town of Molinara, Benevento. When Nadia is not delving into foodie adventures she is a teacher and creative writer.
