Introduction of Com Chay Mani What is “Chay”? “Chay” is a vegetarian diet which only includes vegetarian food such as vegetable, mushrooms, and fruits together with or without food made from egg, honey and milk. Why “Chay”? There are plenty of reasons and benefits for us to “chay”: • Protect and prevent our physical and mental health from diseases and cancers • Save money • Environmental and natural protection How to “Chay” properly? Many assume that vegetarian food easily causes lacking nutritious vitamins and energy for daily activities. As a matter of fact, a full vegetarian meal which is good for our health should include steamed rice, main course, stir fried veggie and soup. They all contain factors from soy bean (richest protein), green vegetable (richest vitamins and minerals) and rice which make us fully energized and healthy. Choose from a selection of noodles, fresh vegetables, and mock meats, and bring your basket to the counter to have your pho created for you personally.
