  I randomly walked by this place one day as I was exploring Seattle, and I was super excited to find that they had some vegan treats! I went here with a couple friends (who were locals but had never checked this place out before) and we split a clearly-marked vegan molten cake with a coconut-based vanilla ice cream and some other veg-friendly toppings (like vegan caramel!). They also sell some items here like chocolate chips, vegan caramel sauce, chocolate covered espresso beans and more. This place is a little expensive but they’re marketing their treats as more “gourmet” and the presentation is beautiful. The day I visited this shop, I heard that they’re adding new items to the menu including things like vegan grilled cheese which is very exciting! If you get to go, I recommend sitting outside on their patio by the fire and enjoying some of their vegan spiced hot chocolate.
