  What can I say, Confectionery was a total dream come true! I’d had the Sweet Maresa’s macarons once by mail several years ago, but it’s another thing entirely to be faced with so many fantastic flavor options in a beautiful display case and just want one of everything! And the Lagusta’s Luscious chocolates were also outstanding, with so many interesting fillings and flavor combinations. I actually made it a point to visit the shop a second time before my time in NYC came to a close, and got to try so many beautiful treats, including one of their pignolo cookies (yum!). A+, would treat myself again.

  I am so thankful for getting the chance to visit this place, after seeing some of their treats posted online at vegan pop up markets and other events around the city. It’s really exciting to see that they have their own storefront with SO many different options to choose from. The macaron I tried was the perfect texture and flavor (Mocha), and their chocolates were honestly out of this world. It’s really challenging to choose what you want to get here, but I think that no matter what you get it’ll be delicious. I can’t wait to stop here again and bring home more treats for my friends and family (and obviously myself too)!
