Located in the Encore half of the Wynn Casino, Wazuzu has a decent selection of vegan Chinese, Thai, & Japanese dishes including their vegan dumplings with Gardein Chick’n, and their Drunken Noodles also has the option of adding Gardein Chick’n. Inventive fare in a wondrously unanticipated environment is what you’ll find in Wazuzu at Encore. Chef Chen Wei Chan’s exceptional Pan-Asian menu features flavors inspired by Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine. Chef Chan’s training as a painter in Taiwan shows in the artful plating of his dishes, which succeed in being as beautiful as the glittering 27-foot dragon made of ninety thousand individual crystals that is the focal point of Wazuzu’s bold décor.

1 Review on “Wazuzu at Wynn Las Vegas”
Every restaurant at Wynn has a separate vegan menu of their selections. I wanted to dine at one of these, and chose to eat at Wazuzu because they had the most vegan options. We had the jade dumplings, the Gardein chicken dumplings, the drunken noodles with Gardein chicken, and the tofu fried rice. I was expecting a lot, but ended up being disappointed in our meal. The dumplings were fine, but the drunken noodles were a bit too dry and the fried rice a bit tasteless. In fact, everything could have used more sauce/seasonings, as it was all a bit bland. So, good effort for having vegan options, but there is room to improve.
