Go Raw Cafe - West

The Go Raw Café & Juice Bar seed was planted in our kitchen in 2001. We loved this amazing new cuisine and shared it with our friends and family. After tons of encouragement, and a feeling of necessity, Go Raw Café & Juice Bar sprouted and blossomed in 2003 on beautiful Lake Sahara in Las Vegas.

An oasis in the desert, a second location quickly bloomed 9 months later near the airport and famous Las Vegas Strip. While overwhelmed, we were proud to offer two great choices for the nourishment people required.

Initially, our intention was just to provide delicious live, organic, & vegan cuisine. But, the cafés soon took on lives of their own and blossomed into much more. We now offer a large variety of personal products, books on raw food prepartation and lifestyle, juicing and preventative healthcare, as well as advanced wellness technologies, pantry items, & supplements — all available in our cafés.
