We are a vegan bakery that provides pastries, cakes, bread, and gluten-free baked goods to the public and a number of local restaurants and takes special orders.
In addition to taking special orders and selling treats in our bakery, we also sell our pastries at City O’ City every day. We offer a selection of freshly baked breakfast pastries every morning, such as muffins, scones, biscuits and our sweet potato cinnamon rolls, and put out a daily cupcake, mini cupcake and sugar cookie. Most of these are available in both traditional and gluten-free flours.

1 Review on “Make, Believe Bakery”
I’ve been to Make, Believe Bakery a couple times so far and I definitely see myself going back in the near future! Everything is vegan, though the sign out front doesn’t advertise it in large letters so I think they’re trying to cater to the general public. Their cupcakes are great, frosting is very sweet and rich so I do recommend splitting one with a friend! They have other treats like cinnamon rolls, cakes, brownies and even truffles. Make, Believe offers many gluten-free options that are similar to their gluten-filled varieties in terms of flavors. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and it’s an adorable little place.
My only main complaints about this place are as follows: 1) there isn’t really a place to sit down and enjoy your treats, so you’re kind of forced to take them to go. 2) I found the prices to be a little steep, especially seeing that it’s about $5 for a (non-gluten free) cupcake alone. It’s worth it if you’re buying a few items and splitting/sharing them with friends, but I wonder if it hurts their business to have higher prices than other non-vegan bakeries that are nearby.
