1 Review on “Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen”
I was so happy to hear that this place reopened last year after they were closed indefinitely after a fire in the building. Though it’s not entirely vegan or even vegetarian, Rosenbergs was recommended to me by some local vegans around Colorado. They have multiple bagel varieties like Sesame, Everything, Plain, etc and a tofu cream cheese option. I didn’t try any of their other vegan spread options like hummus and cookie butter, but I did like the taste of the tofu cream cheese (though I think it was a store-bought variety like Tofutti). It’d be great to see some flavored tofu cream cheese options in the future,
The staff was very friendly and service was quick. The bagels are a decent size and I felt that they tasted great, although definitely not quite as good as actual NY bagels. My only main complaints would be that this is a deli and that unfortunately means that there is a case full of meat near the place you order your food at. Other than that, I did like the ambience of this place but I would absolutely order my bagels to-go next time.
