  I was recommended by one of my local vegan friends to try this place out. Apparently they have a location in Portland as well as Denver, so it was cool to find one so close to home. They have great seitan wings here and a variety of sauces to choose from (although be aware that the honey mustard sauce is marked as “vegan”). The service was very quick even though the places was super crowded on the day that we went. Staff was understanding of what “vegan” meant, and were able to make recommendations on the type of sauces we might like. Our group ordered 12 wings, with the raspberry habanero and spicy peanut sauces. I love the seitan wings at City, O’ City and Watercourse Foods, but I actually enjoyed these more because they weren’t as hard/crunchy in terms of texture. Both flavors were manageable in terms of heat, but I do wish that this place would carry some vegan ranch or other veg-friendly dipping sauces to calm the spiciness down (celery can only do so much).
