Real Food Daily in Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is in the food court of Terminal 4 (between Gate 42b and Gate 44).
The Real Food Daily in the LAX Airport doesn’t have all the options that their full service restaurants have, but they offer enough of a variety of both healthy meals and vegan comfort food to bring a smile to any vegan’s face.
Terminal 4 services American Airlines & Qantas Airlines. If you are flying on United Airlines (terminals 6, 7, & 8) or Delta (terminal 5) it is a bit of a long walk, but if you have the time, you can easily walk there without exiting security. Their is also a free passenger shuttle at Gate 44 in Terminal 4 that you can take to Terminal 6 near Gate 60, and visa versa.

1 Review on “Real Food Daily LAX - Terminal 4”
This is an excellent option if you have a layover in LAX and don’t want to leave the airport. I believe terminals 4-7 and the International terminal are all connected, so you should be able to get to most flights without having to go back and forth through security. It’s a bit hidden in the back, but just keep looking and you’ll find it.
It’s not cheap (it’s an airport after all), but I feel soooooo much better eating what they have versus all the other options. In fact I’ve had people ask where I got my food while I’m eating it at the gate 🙂
They don’t have quite the selection of their full service restaurants as this is more of a cafe, but they’ve got a few sandwiches, bowls, salads, fresh juice/smoothies, and some sweet tooth items (the cookies are pretty big!)
If you’re tight on budget, I’d look elsewhere, but if you’re okay with splurging for some healthy, decent food, then this place is for you!
