We offer a wide variety of yoga classes and workshops for all abilities, led by the area’s best teachers. Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Yin, Aerial, Hot and Pregnancy Yoga are just some of the classes available.
Our wholefood cafe offers a delicious plant based menu created by the pioneering vegan cook Helen Wilson. Dairy free, gluten free, raw, sugar free and Paleo friendly meals all feature on our unique, nutritious menu.
Our beautiful treatment room offers healing therapies such as Osteopathy, fascia work, pregnancy and Thai Yoga massage.
