El Encuentro

El Encuentro is a mostly vegetarian restaurant in Cusco, with the exception of some fish on the menu. They are knowledgeable as to which items on the menu are vegan or can be made vegan. They clearly mark traditional Peruvian dishes on the menu as well, for those wanting a taste of the country.

En el restaurante El Encuentro nos preocupamos por generar conciencia de la sana alimentación vegetariana, ya que es nutritiva, completa y ofrece al cuerpo todo lo necesario para mantenerse sano (minerales, fibra, proteínas, vitaminas), y evita muchas enfermedades degenerativas de la civilización moderna.
