1 Review on “Cafe Choice”
We went to Choice cafe because the nearby restaurant that we originally wanted to go to was closed. Normally, I wouldn’t seek out a completely gluten-free restaurant. However, I was happily surprised by Choice Cafe. The menu included several western-style items, including burgers, burritos, and pasta. I chose the pasta with cream and cheese sauce, expecting an alfredo-style sauce. Instead, I was served fusilli with a thick cheese sauce, something I would call mac and cheese. And it was the best mac and cheese I’ve had since going vegan, after trying so many!! The veggie burger that my companion had was okay, but the bun was a bit too crumbly, although about what I would expect for a gluten-free bun. I would really recommend everyone throw away their prejudices against gluten-free food (I’ve been known to turn up my nose against some, unfortunately), and try the pasta and cheese dishes at Choice Cafe. They also offer free internet and smoothies.
