240 kinds of creamy hot and cold soups, sweet and salty, made exclusively with seasonal produce with a weekly rotational menu.
The daily dishes include: lasagnas, baked pastas, quiches and savory strudels, vegetables au gratin, veggie burgers, panzarotti, rolled oats with seitan, sandwiches, salads, delicious vegan saucesand our unparalleled vegan mayonnaise, of course, without eggs.

To finish, we offer a wide range of desserts, chocolates, and cookies all to be enjoyed with our selection of organic wines and beers, or with Chi (a fermented drink made from roots, flowers, fruits or green tea), and herbal tea, coffee, cappuccino with soy milk and digestive herbs.

Of course, we have not left out fresh juice drinks made of seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables!

During the summer time we offer our ice creams made without sugar or animal milk as well as our delicious fruit sorbets.

Everything may be enjoyed while comfortably seated in the dining room inside or in the outdoor area which opens onto Spallanzani Street, one of the few pedestrian areas of the city and from january also in Piazza Buozzi. You may even enjoy it all from wherever you want thanks to our take away service in which we use packages that are made with plant fiber and are biodegradable.
