Soy Vietnamese Berlin

Soy is a vegan* Vietnamese restaurant in Berlin.

Soy means and is used mainly for the production of tofu. More and more people have now acquired a taste for this wonderful, versatile alternative to meat and for those who have perhaps had a bad experience with tofu, we would like to convince you otherwise. All dishes are 100% vegan and made with carefully selected ingredients and spices. We pay particular attention to the freshness of our dishes. In addition to our ethnical backgrounds, we want to remember the health aspects of plant-based eating, too. Therefore we use largely organically grown ingredients, without the addition of artificial colorings or flavor enhancers.

*The Soy food menu is vegan, but they do serve honey in some of their beverages. This can be replaced by agave upon request.
