Local and seasonal traditional vegan French Cuisine in Paris, France. Since December 2003, Le Potager du Marais has served traditional French cuisine in a vegan style. It is a bridge between two cultures and tries to combine the best of both. We take care of the local and seasonal dimension of our needs which are 100% vegan and natural with many gluten-free options. Our partners are mainly from organic farming and fair trade. Le Potager du Marais believes that their epoch is critical for humanity, its health, its environment. When they became aware of the animal suffering produced by our intensive diet, they wanted to demonstrate that it was possible to find alternatives to animals to simmer our good little dishes without depriving ourselves of the pleasure of taste, to keep the best of yesterday for a better tomorrow. It is the harmony of authenticity, nature and taste that distinguishes our reasoned cuisine. Hope to serve you and inspire you to a vegan world!
