1 Review on “Ravintola Gaijin”
Ravintola Gaijin gave us such a nice surprise! We tried to book Farang but it’s closed on Sundays, and were told that Gaijin also offers vegan food. Because we booked ahead, they knew we were coming, and were able to offer us a 3- or 6-course tasting menu off the main menu. The food was incredible! We were served a tofu, avocado, and tomato salad, tempura zucchini and peppers, apple salad, pumpkin tempura buns, an eggplant dish, and a bok choy and vegetable dish with fried tofu, and blood orange sorbet with berries and nuts for dessert. I’m not going to lie, the food is expensive, at about 55 euros per person for the tasting menu. But it is also amazing, and if you’re celebrating something special or want a nice night out with delicious food, I would definitely recommend going to Gaijin. The staff was also very nice and considerate, and asked if anything needed to be improved and if everything worked out okay, since they are just exploring making vegan food.
