At FoMu Alternative Ice Cream & Cafe, we love ice cream. We love it so much that we dedicate every day to making sweet treats that are always food-focused and earth-inspired. Our ice creams, toppings, and baked goods are made from scratch in our kitchen just outside of Boston. Our products are 100% plant-based, kosher pareve, and allergy-friendly. They are made in small batches to ensure they are as fresh and delicious as possible. We source local, non-GMO, and organic ingredients whenever possible. We believe that flavors inspired by fresh produce, amazing spices, and real premium ingredients speak for themselves. We are dedicated to the livelihood and sustainability of our communities. Our products, vendors, and even artwork come from no farther than a few miles away. All of our disposables are compostable or recyclable, and our stores are built from or outfitted with recycled materials. Thoughtful products and practices aren’t always the easiest or cheapest, but we think they’re worth investing in. We know you do, too.
