Vita Luna Cafe started as a mobile coffee bar and pop-up shop aimed at supporting local industries, helping the masses, building a community, and providing delicious drinks in a unique and reasonably priced way. They now have a permanent home inside of Lil Indies (1036 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803). Vita Luna has a Pay What You Want pricing model, with a suggested $3-$5 price associated with any drink. House-made coconut and almond milk options are available for any drink. The Sanctum in Orlando was created by health advocates with particular foodie tastebuds committed to redefining the way people think about healthy food. All of their ingredients are non-GMO and 85-90% is organic. The restaurant is free of high-fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, refined flours, refined sugars, artificial food coloring, preservatives & filler “foods” that aren’t really food. All menu items are vegan & gluten free unless noted, they locally source what they can, and every single thing is prepared from scratch, with love. And don’t forget about the coffee!

After the major success of their popular square, fluffy, monstrous, egg and dairy free doughnuts, the creators of Valhalla Bakery opened Valkyrie Doughnuts (also in Orlando), where they can churn out even more of their glazed covered sweets, alongside doughnut ice cream sandwiches, soft serve, coffee drinks, and more.
