Nature and tradition, sourced regionally, are the most valuable ingredients and the reasons why our hand-made ice cream tastes just soooo good. Beginning from as early as 1927, our ice cream is made from freshly prepared and natural products without colourant or flavour enhancer. We use carefully selected ingredients and fruits mainly from the local area. The fruit is picked primarily from our specially landscaped garden. This year our production facility was modernised and old family recipes were rediscovered and developed. Sugar is largely replaced by our specially grown stevia, and in addition to milk-based ice cream, our selection is becoming increasingly vegan-friendly.
