The Forest in Brisbane offers affordable global cuisine while striving to use organic ingredients in most of their cooking. Their menu changes daily, including a buffet style selection of hot foods, pies, pastries, and fresh gourmet salads. Also burgers, wraps and paninis, as well as organic juices, smoothies, coffee & tea, and a selection of cakes and desserts.

The food at The Forest is all 100% vegan, with gluten-free and garlic & onion-free options (though vegans should be aware that they do have dairy milk by request for coffee and smoothies).
