One of my favorite things to make (when I have access to a kitchen/blender) is breakfast smoothies! I usually make mine with one banana, a handful of fresh spinach, ~1 tsp cacao nibs, a half cup of frozen blueberries, 1/4 scoop vegan protein powder, a scoop of almond butter, blended and topped with organic hemp seed granola, cacao nibs, and goji berries. Weeee!! Do you have favorite at-home breakfast meals for when you’re not on-the-go?! 🙂
This looks so good! My go-to lately has been some kind of oatmeal– sometimes overnight oats with different add-ins the night before, but lately it’s been 1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats topped with a diced champagne mango & fresh bluebs, and then enough light canned coconut milk poured over the top to soak everything up. A bright way to start the day!
