    I was recently reminded that you should not be afraid to complain! Especially to airlines. If there was something wrong with your flight, let the airline know. They’ll usually give you a $25 or $50 coupon for a future flight, although sometimes it can be more. So let them know if there was an inconvenience or something went wrong… like if they don’t have your vegan meal!

    Recent instances where it was worth the time to fill out the form/speak to the manager: my flight was cancelled and they sent out an email saying they’d send a $150 coupon for the inconvenience… it never showed up, so I wrote in and they sent me one for $250! And last winter, they rental car company didn’t have the car I’d reserved so I had to go back twice and still didn’t end up with the correct car. I talked to the manager upon returning the truck(I’d reserved an SUV) and basically ended up getting the rental for half price, plus a discount for the next time I rent. So don’t be afraid to speak up!
