    Mother’s Day brunch, happy day to me! We had mango pancakes in tarragon syrup and vegan sweet potato and yam pastelon with sautéd greens, a local dish often made with animals. This is our second meal at El Departmento de la Comida – a farm to table vegetarian restaurant and farmer’s market. They are paving a new way and worked to bring together local farmers, the menu changes based on the harvest. #puertorico @vegannomad in PDX
