Spain Accommodations and Vegan-Friendly Places to Stay
While traveling, we vegans definitely prefer to stay in a place that provides cruelty free bedding & toiletries, and offers a vegan breakfast and perhaps other vegan meal options. There are completely vegan B&Bs (Bed & Breakfast), vegan hostels, and even vegan rooms to let. And lots of hotels, big & small, provide free breakfasts and will happily provide a vegan breakfast if you let them know the day before (we encourage you to ask). Also, other alternatives such as Air BnB, vegan couch surfing, and TrustedHousesitters are well worth considering. And in some cities, traveler focused apartment rentals are an excellent choice for those of us who prefer to stay in an apartment with a kitchen so we can make our own vegan meals. This list shows some of the Best Vegan Accommodations and Vegan-Friendly places to stay. The accommodations shown below were dynamically generated and sorted by your reviews and the reviews of your fellow vegans. We accept no advertising. Our goal is to provide a platform that truly respects and mirrors our collective vegan opinions and perspectives. As our global vegan community adds additional vegan and vegan-friendly accommodations, and as we review and rate our favorites, the resulting listings will continually, and more accurately, reflect our global vegan accommodation preferences.
Accommodations / Vegan-Friendly Places to Stay in Spain
Nestled in the fishing village of Arenys de Mar near Barcelona, Sa Voga hotel is named after the former name of this enticing corner of Catalonia. Housed in two beautifully restored adjoining 18th and 19th-century houses, interiors retain high ceilings, stone staircases and exposed brickwork. You can expect charming decor with some quirky and artistic touches, where hand-picked antique furniture jostles with modern pieces. With only eleven individually decorated rooms, inspired by the sea and local places of interest, the hotel has a charming boutique feel. Sa Voga is family run and it shows, with thoughtful personal touches such as an honesty bar with drinks and snacks. Spend your days down on one of Arenys de Mar’s three lovely beaches, enjoy a boat trip along the coast, discover the natural beauty and forests of Corredor-Montnegre Natural Park or pop into central Barcelona with its many famous landmarks and attractions, from Gaudi buildings to buzzing food markets. It all makes a great base from which to explore this beautiful part of Catalonia.
We hope you like it. Welcome to A Corner of the World!

We are a vegan home. We make food for Vegans, Raw Vegans and Gluten-Free Vegans. We are in the Costa Blanca North region of Spain in Denia. There are two vegan restaurants close by, and a huge ecological market every Friday. The busy town is within walking distance or by bus and the sandy beaches are a few steps away. We also recommend going to the Jesus Pobre market every Sunday (we can take you), they have wonderful Spanish Tapas like pea pies, spinach pies, olives, beers all for a very small price and you can browse all the pretty market stalls in this very picturesque village.
